Day 13

A fictional book:

All books by Sandra Dallas are great fictional books. I've read several of them and they are great fast reads. I love how I get wrapped up in the lives of her characters and their time in history. The characters have so much personality and the stories are great too. These are two of my favorites - and sorry, you can't really click it to see inside - but you can check them out at Amazon if you want!

Day 12 (a day late)

Something I am OCD about:

My daily glass of OJ. Some drink coffee and others their diet coke - me, I've gotta have that little glass of OJ every morning to make my day just right. I can go a few days without milk in my fridge - but if the OJ is gone, we are going to the store!! And that little part of OCD - it HAS to be "Not from concentrate" and "with pulp." Tropicana is my fav but sometimes Florida Natural is a little cheaper and that fits the bill too. By the way, I'm very stingy when it comes to sharing my "gourmet" OJ with my kids. Yeah, I think that's a good description of OCD.

Day 11

A recent picture of me:
(I think it's kinda mean to put the 10+ year photo right next to a recent one... way to rub it in!)

Day 8

A picture that makes me happy:

I had to show the sequence. As I looked back through some old photos, I giggle every time I see these pics or even remember the moment in time! Hunter was 10 months old and we were visiting my parents in Kansas. He kept crawling over and bugging our dog Ginger, who was SUPER old at this point in time, and I kept moving him away. Well, Ginger finally got up to go get some food/drink and Hunter crawled slowly over to the dog bed. He looked at me and gave me this look of "are you going to stop me again?" I didn't move - so he took the plunge. HE ATTACKED the dog bed... rubbing his face in it, tossing it up in the air, kicking it.... it was the funniest, side busting event ever. I wish we had had a video camera - obviously, pictures don't do it justice - but, ohhhhhhh, that was FUNNY!
